Stanimira Zlateva

Stanimira Zlateva is an office manager and broker in the Varna office, and is one of the key employees who have organized the operation of new offices in the field of real estate since 2006.

He received his education in Moscow and Bulgaria, with a profile in English and Russian. She graduated with a degree in International Tourism and a Master's degree in Tourism with honors. Her work experience is as an assistant to the General Manager of the Kempinski Grand Hermitage Hotel, where she has developed her communication skills with top managers of different nationalities and the ability to apply high company standards.

He has participated in a number of exhibitions organized in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Romania, as well as in TV shows on "Real Estate", at home and abroad.

At the end of 2007, Stanimira Zlateva was awarded the annual award for BEST MEDIA PRESENTATION to the company she represented at the time. For 2008 Stanimira and Varna office were awarded the deal for DEAL OF THE YEAR in the residential real estate segment.

In 2017, Stanimira Petkova was awarded the prize for overall contribution to the development of the brand she represents.

In 2019 she was licensed with a diploma for "Real Estate Broker" after successfully passing exams organized by NSNI.
