This architectural richness offers amazing spatial solutions of the premises, which are filled with natural light and captivating sea views.

The artistic family spent the summer months in the city, and Villa Stork was one of the first colonist villas in Balchik. It was built before the "Palace" and is probably the oldest preserved Romanian building from the period of occupation. In the past, the villa was a place for cultural events, and a frequent guest in the home was the queen herself.
